Getting Involved

There are a variety of ministries and opportunities to serve at Calvary Chapel Parker.  We believe there is a place within our fellowship for each person to use their gifts to build up the Body of Christ.  Getting involved is a relatively simple process.

We encourage you to regularly attend Calvary Chapel Parker for a minimum of three months before getting involved.  This will allow you to settle into the church and get to know many in the fellowship who you will be serving.  It also allows us to get to know you.  Practically, you will find that getting involved and serving happens naturally as you are connected to the rest of the body.

During this initial time, we ask that you pray about the gifts and calling God has given you and where He would have you serve.  Once you have completed this process and are ready to serve, we encourage you to see one of our ministry leaders for an application.  They will go over your completed application and work with you to determine where and when it would be best for you to begin serving.

It is our desire that every person in the body discover where they are called to serve.  We also want to see each person fulfill that calling as effectively as possible.  We are here to assist you in getting involved in any way we can.  We look forward to seeing what the Lord is going to do through you here at Calvary Chapel Parker.
